Apero is a space founded by Rocío and Jana—two close friends who decided to bring together their paths and shared way of understanding life in a shop concept that may be hard to define, but is incredibly easy to connect with. Rocío brings her experience in art direction, styling, retail, and sales; Jana contributes her background in business development and customer care. Two perspectives, one shared vision: to create a thoughtful, honest space where every object has a story and a purpose.

The project was born in Málaga, a city with a unique character shaped by the closeness between the coast and the Mediterranean forest. That simple walk from the sea to the mountains is a perfect metaphor for the natural balance that defines this place—and also the spirit that inspires Apero and its founders.

Saying that Apero is more than a store may sound like a cliché, but in truth, it's a way of looking at the everyday—at our surroundings—and finding meaning in them. Its selection is made up of objects meant to be used and enjoyed daily: functional, timeless pieces made from natural materials through mindful, often artisanal processes. The idea isn’t to decorate a house, but to build a home—even if just for a moment, wherever it may be. A home that breathes authenticity and calm, that reflects who lives in it and what matters to them. What makes Apero a unique experience is its careful curation—the ability to find and share treasures, combining established brands with local collaborations and more daring proposals.
