Return policy

At Apero, we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 15 business days after delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect its condition before issuing any refund.

Refund timeline

The refund will be processed within up to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you may return it and Apero will refund the full amount (product + shipping costs).

To process the claim, we’ll need photos of the packaging and the product, sent within a maximum of 15 days from receipt.
